This covers tanks, tubs, drums, cans, jerrycans and similar iron or steel containers for any material, with a capacity of less than 50 l. They must not be for compressed or liquefied gases, have mechanical equipment or heating or cooling equipment, or be cans designed for closure by soldering or seaming.
