This code covers sheets, films, foils, tapes and strips of cellulose derivatives that are not cellular and have no backing, reinforcement or connection with other materials by lamination or a similar method. They must be unworked, only surface-treated, or only cut into a square or rectangular shape; cellulose acetate, self-adhesive products and flooring, wall or ceiling coverings are excluded.
